What we did

• •We provided on-demand database administration for the client’s staging and production environments within an agreed monthly allocation of support time. This gave the team a dedicated resource for database tasks while keeping the engagement proportional to an intermittent workload.
• •We worked within the client’s established environment using JetBrains DataGrip, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, WinSCP, and other task-specific utilities. The focus remained on carrying out requested administrative work safely within existing processes rather than introducing an unnecessary platform rebuild.
• •Because important context arrived through calls, email, and messages, we consolidated operating knowledge into organized reference notes. Documenting procedures and environment details created a dependable lookup for recurring work that might not reappear for several weeks.
• •The resulting support model gave the client continuity across staging and production without staffing a full-time role for limited monthly needs. Organized notes also made repeat tasks easier to execute consistently after long gaps. The engagement supports a lower-cost staffing approach, but no dollar or percentage savings were provided.
