We restored a paused vaccine-services app for current mobile platforms and added structured patient consent and intake workflows.

Relief Health is a mobile product designed to make vaccine services easier to navigate for patients and healthcare professionals. Patients can find and schedule local vaccine events, provide personal information, and connect with a healthcare professional through an in-app video call. Care teams can use the application to collect and record information related to vaccine administration.
After a development hiatus, aging dependencies prevented the application from meeting current iOS and Android requirements. Relief Health needed the product brought back to a publishable state, along with new intake features that could document patient responses and consent. The app had not launched by the end of this work, so the engagement centered on technical readiness and workflow improvements rather than live adoption metrics.
